This is how to get rid of all your career frustrations.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 (KJV) says, “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.”
‭‭The verse above tells us that there is no useless profession/activity in this world. It begins with ‘whatsoever your hands find to do…’; it means any career can be profitable. But, the career path has to be a work of your hands. And, you have the sole responsibility to find out what your activity is and start doing it.
Choosing a career path in life is not enough. You must start to DO the chosen activity. And do it with all your might. Get it? You cannot be lazy, complaining, complacent, asking God to bless you when you are doing nothing. No! That is not God’s principle for success. Let me ask you, do you do your job with all your might? Do you study wholeheartedly? Do you serve the public (God’s people) at your place of work with total commitment?
Examine your work ethic. The Bible clearly says your hands should not be idle (Proverbs 19:15). Anyone that does things half-heartedly is not working with all their might, and such a person becomes poor (Proverbs 10:14).
Are you one of those praying for God to bless you? Find your work (hidden in your natural gift), do it with all your might, and God will bless you (Deuteronomy 28:13; Psalms 90:17).
What have you been doing with your life? After all these years, have you found money? Have you attained your dreams?
Take a step back. Consider your life commitment, be it your job or your activity. Start doing your job with renewed passion. Do it with all your might. Doing so will help get rid of all your career frustrations. That is how to exercise the power God has given you to get wealth as written in Deuteronomy 8:18.
What are you going to do?
